• Manage Lead capture : Front end Users are able to input their leads in the system and effectively track them.
• Activities: Non negotiables that front end users have to input daily in order for them to be reported subsequently
• Basic reporting in the mobile app of hi-level Key performance indicators that show their performance to the Senior management of the Bank
• Other features include in-app notifications when a customer’s lead is assigned to the front end user, reporting of the front end team’s location of lead capture/customer visit etc., other features to assist the front end teams in relationship management.
